Cold Application: Store the gel pack in the freezer for at least 2 hours. Limit application to 15-20 minutes at a time, repeating every 1-1.5 hours. Hot Application (Hot water method): Immerse the gel pack in boiled water for about 5 minutes. Wipe it off and use with a thin cloth or fabric wrap. Hot Application (Microwave heating method): Heat the gel pack in the microwave for 90 seconds or two times, each for 30 seconds.
