Freezing Method: Put the round ice pack into the freezer for 0.5-1 hour. Heating Method: Put the ice pack into the microwave oven for about 10 seconds with intermediate fire. Limit treatments to 20-25 minutes at a time. If you need to continue with a hot or cold compress, please wait for 2 hours before applying another cold or hot compress. For hot therapy, heat it up to improve circulation from joint pain, clogged ducts, muscle cramps, or bruises. For cold therapy, apply cold compress to reduce pain and swelling; ideal for tired, dry puffy eyes, headache, migraine, allergies, minor burns, stings, or scratches. Also good for fever. Perfect pain relief following dental or cosmetic procedures.
