L-ascorbic acid USP-FCC*, lemon bioflavonoid complex, calcium carbonate-USP, magnesium carbonate, potassium bicarbonate-USP, zinc sulfate-USP, manganese gluconate-USP, selenium aminomin, and chromium aminomin.
Directions
As a dietary supplement, mix 1/4 teaspoon or more in a glass of juice or water. Take with or without meals. This product combines the benefits of ascorbic acid with bioflavonoids with essential minerals. In water or juice the minerals have an acid buffering (alkalizing) effect by combining with vitamin C to form mineral ascorbates. A significant source of calcium and other key minerals, it is substantially less acidic than ascorbic acid.
