HOW TO TAKE METAMUCIL (FOR ADULTS 12 YEARS AND OLDER): 1 Add one stick pack into 12oz. of water. 2 Mix briskly until dissolved. 3 Drink & enjoy! Up to 3 servings/day. Do not exceed recommended serving. Not recommended for carbonated beverages. NEW USERS: Start with 1 serving/day; gradually increase to 3 servings/day.
