For each serving, place 1 tablespoon in 1/2 cup (125ml) of water. Blend for 3 minutes on high in a blender, before straining and drinking. Enjoy! 1 tablespoons 3 times per day. Do not exceed 1 tablespoons per serving. Maximum period of daily use: 3 months. Use may resume for 3 months after a 2-week break.
