Then switch to maintenance usage. Dosing for Maintenance Users - Take 1 caplet of Lipo-Flavonoid Plus in the morning, 1 caplet midday, & 1 caplet at night (3 caplets total each day) every day. If supplements upset your stomach it may help to take Lipo-Flavonoid with food.
