1. Place the FOMI Pack in the refrigerator or freezer until desired temperature for a cold/ice pack effect or in the microwave for a heat effect. 2. For cold therapy, apply the fabric side on your skin and then switch over to the plastic side once the cold or hot sensation wears off. 3. For hot therapy, start with the fabric side on your skin and flip over to the plastic side once the cold sensation subsides. 4. The gel pack can be used for cold therapy to provide customized relief for specific ailments such as reducing swelling and pain caused by inflammation, relieving discomfort associated with joint & muscle injuries, back and neck pain, arthritis, sinus & stress headaches, post-surgical pain & burns. 5.
